Summary
Estuary monitoring programme undertaken as consent condition on forest harvesting operations in Whangapoua Harbour catchment (Ernslaw). Data collected includes changes in the bed level of the harbour (transects), sediment grain size analysis and macrobenthic fauna monitoring. Data collected between 1993 and 2007. Purpose: To monitor the effects of forestry on the Whangapoua Harbour macrofauna communities.
