General Notes
Thames Coromandel District Council were interested in the feasibility of building a marina to alleviate boat congestion in Whitianga Harbour. As the Council had no resources to develop a marina, Wilkins & Davies were approached in late 1984 to promote and develop a marina jointly with council.
